Jon is the Lead and Founding Pastor of One Church. He is married to Cari and they have 6 amazing kids. He has pastored at multiple churches and in multiple roles but God has called him to One Church to begin something new. He loves Jesus and the local Church. He believes in what God has called his bride to be and to do and wants to live out that calling at One Church.

Jonathan serves as one of our incredible pastors. His role is to help cultivate the culture and experience here at One Church, while overseeing our Gen One Kids Ministry and worship. Jonathan has served in church leadership for many years with a heart to see a unified, organic, and authentic church. He’s married to Angela and has two sons, Isaac and Shiloh.

​Sadie helped launch One Church as our Worship Leader while studying Art at Rutgers University and is now responsible for our media presence, creative direction, worship leading and our Church@Home platform. She taught middle school art before transitioning into the role God led her into here at One Church. Her artistic ability can be seen on all of our graphic communications and in murals around the building! She is married to Henry, one of our Fusion Middle School leaders. ​

Cari oversees all the day to day and business activities of the church. She has spent the last several years running her own interior design and staging business and serving the church wherever she can. Her design thumbprint is all over our new building! She is Mom to 6 amazing kids and is married to Pastor Jon.

Erica serves as one of the Gen One Coordinators here at One Church. Before stepping into this role, she spent years volunteering in children’s ministry across several churches, working with kids from nursery through elementary. Erica is deeply passionate about teaching the next generation about the love of Jesus and helping them grow in their faith. She is married to Carlos and is the proud mom of 4 amazing kids.

Beth serves as one of the Gen One Coordinators at One Church. A wife and proud mom of two with a background in Early Childhood Education, she loves creating a safe and welcoming space where kids can grow in their faith and learn about God’s love. She enjoys partnering with families and helping children build a strong spiritual foundation while having some fun along the way! She is married to Jesse, who is often seen playing guitar on the worship team! 

Angel is a jack of all trades who pours his heart into keeping One Church running smoothly. Whether he's tackling building maintenance, supporting First Saturday Serve, or stepping in wherever help is needed. Angel always makes things happen—and his fingerprints can be seen on nearly everything we do as a church family. Angel is married to Susan (one of our scripture readers!) and has 4 children and 3 step-children.
